Our Very First Group H COLE Journey and we’re heading far from the Sea Shore - To the Mystical Southwest! Elle spent her 40th Birthday in Santa Fe with her best friend Mary who happens to be the Executive Director of the Award Winning Wine & Chile Fiesta that takes place every September. Santa Fe is restorative, transformative and an awe-inspiring culinary and hospitality hub in New Mexico. While it’s not easy to get to, once you have arrived you are transported to a hub of art, culture, and deep rooted cuisine. For this H COLE JOURNEY, we’ve curated some greatest hits can’t miss moments to allow our guests a lot of space to explore based on you’re own personal travel style - not an early bird? No problem - Would rather skip the Grand Reserve Tasting in favor of a Hike? You got it. The Santa Fe JOURNEY package experience includes everything listed below sans Accommodations, Flights, Optional Services or Additional Excursions. As we always look to support a diverse group of travelers, we can work closely to book your accommodations based on your budget and coordinate flights in and out of Santa Fe or Albuquerque on commercial or private flights.

Santa Fe Journey: What’s Included

priced All Inclusive at $1555 per person

  • We’ll attend as a group:

    • One Wine & Chile Fiesta sanctioned Immersive Seminar with Acclaimed Wine Brand

    • Chile Friday - Experience the vibrant history of New Mexico chile, integral to our culture and culinary landscape. In this walk-around style event, you will explore a diverse array of dishes from over twenty-five esteemed Santa Fe restaurants, each offering their distinctive take on incorporating chile from The Land of Enchantment. Each participant will receive a wristband good for 10 beverage samples.

    • A Winery Dinner at a local restaurant: Each year the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta is proud to promote the winery dinners that participating SFWCF restaurants schedule.  At each dinner, a spokesperson will be present to introduce all wines to guests at a set time with a special wine pairing menu.

  • On the Wednesday evening of arrival, we’ll greet and meet each other in a deeply restorative and intentional space. There will be snacks, libations, crystals and cards. The perfect way to shake off a day of travel and detox our physical and spiritual beings to detox before a week of retox.

  • Perhaps an iconic Santa Fe pairing, the inspirational art, story, and legacy of Georgia O’Keeffe followed by a lively and vibrant communal lunch at The Shed. Polly and Thornton Carswell opened the Shed in 1953 on Burro Alley, then in 1960 they moved the restaurant to its current location, Prince Patio. The Shed tradition continues with the Carswell family, now in it's third generation. Our chile comes directly from the farm to guarantee freshness.  This will be an experience where we will coordinate your Georgia O’Keeffe Museum Tickets in advance and let you know our exact reservation time is once we wait in the very long line.

  • Reconnect with nature at this globally-acclaimed Santa Fe hotel and spa. For hundreds of years, travelers and seekers have journeyed to these spring-fed waters for respite and healing. Today, Ojo Santa Fe is a refuge from the modern world, nestled amidst their lush 77 acres within Northern New Mexico’s high desert. Discover the benefits of hydrotherapy in their spring-fed thermal pools, dine on farm-fresh cuisine, and find utter relaxation in their waterside spa.

    • 50 Minute Private Soaking Sessions

    • Full Day Access to Communal Soaking Pools, Dry Sauna + Steam Room

    • Robe Rental

    Optional Supplements:

  • On Sunday we’ll escape Santa Fe Proper and venture 30 minutes outside of the city to the Turquoise Trail. This charming little (and we mean little) town features one anchoring restaurant - The Mineshaft Tavern & Cantina. Lunch will be casual Bar / Grill Style in a building that houses a brewery and museum - the cuisine and decor is exactly to be expected in a town populated by only 248 people. Juxtaposed against our culinary options are well curated and incredible shops of transplanted makers, a chocolatier that rivals those found in Europe and little jewel boxes to explore and shop.

Transfer to Santa Fe or Albuquerque airports will be coordinated from Madrid.
